Staff Training in Libraries?

We would like to hear from any other academic libraries that have assumed
campus-wide staff training responsibilities. Please reply off-list and let us
know a few details if possible (staff size, budget, number of classes taught.)
If there is enough interest we will summarize our findings for the listserv.
