[WEB4LIB] File Sizes on the Mac

This problem has to do with a combination of your Mac OS's file 
system and your hard drive size.  For the gory details, see:

The 32K you're seeing is likely the smallest file size your system 
can see, given its OS, its file structure (e.g., HFS) and its hard 
drive size.

Trust the sizes reported by your other clients!
