WhiteBoard and Chat

Hi All,
	I just received a question from a facutly member who would like to find a
specific kind of software.  Is there a software that has both chat and white
board that run simultaneously?  He is looking for something that has both
running in one screen or split screen.  Any information you can give will be
very appreciated.
