Page can't found

One of our staff has his own page at our web server. He updates it by himself and it runs fine for a while. Suddenly he and some other staff in the same subnet can't see it. They get a message like: "The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed,or is temporarily unavailable." I looked at  it with several different PC's without any problems. Some staff at same subnet can see it also.

Any help will be appreciated
