Acrobat Reader & Netscape troubles

We have several machines that are seizing up on opening Acrobat 4
Reader. 

Machines are Win95, running Netscape 4.7x. The windows message is a page
fault in the Acrord32 module. Haven't had any luck at either the Adobe
or MS support sites. Any one else experienced this and have a solution?
