Administrative Staff Assistant
The Office of Library & Information Services (OLIS) of the State
University of New York (SUNY) is seeking an Administrative
Assistant to provide support for a multi-campus library project
(SUNYConnect). The Administrative Staff Assistant will be
responsible for maintaining records, handling purchases and
payments, setting up meetings, maintaining the office calendar,
coordinating travel and providing backup support for the OLIS.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have a Bachelors' degree.
The candidate must have excellent written and oral
communication skills and be very experienced in the
use of common office/library computer applications,
especially Word, Excel, web browsers, and e-mail.
Experience in academic libraries, or work towards a
library degree preferred.
Salary: Up to $30,000 commensurate with qualifications.
