Cross bowser compatible inline frames

Hello,

I'm searching for a way to embed webpages into another web page with inline
frames. With IE <iframe> it is simple, looks great, scrolls exactly how I
want it to, etc. However, getting this done in Netscape is giving me fits.
I've played with the <ilayer> tag but it just isn't what I'm trying to
accomplish (I want the embedded document to be scrollable within a confined
container and can't seem to get the <ilayer> tag to do that. I came across
a javascript once that created an inline frame that was, being javascript,
compatible with IE and Netscape. The script output looked exactly like the
<iframe> results in both browsers. Unfortunately, I didn't bookmark the
site (Doh!) and now I can't seem to locate it again.

Any web gurus out there have any ideas?

Thanks,
