[WEB4LIB] Page can't found

Barbara, Thank you for responses. This staff is the owner of the directory
and he still can make changes on it. We use browser like IE to watch the
page, so we are not required to have special permission, are we?
The server is Apache on Linux and clients are most Win95. They are connected
through frame relay.
Any suggestion?
