Major new developments are taking place in the online ILL arena, particularly
with regard to distributed systems built in compliance with the international
ILL protocols.

RLG has such a system in beta test; it's scheduled to be available in March
(and, as with Ariel, it's not dependent on other RLG/RLIN use).
