[WEB4LIB] Mozilla goes to alpha

If someone else wants to look at it, the site is www.mozilla.org.
I didn't see a link on the Netscape site, but searching on "mozilla
milestone" got me a Wired News article that got me to the mozilla site.

A question for those who've tried it: would installing it overwrite or
interfer with my current Netscape browser (version 4.7)?
