Dear all,

We are thinking about the improvement of our interlibrary loan service. We
would like to build a database system for the management of all electronic
ill requests. The management concerns ills reception and treatment but also
 the invoicing and the sending of requested documents to the readers.

Does someone have experience or know cases study to share?
