Cleaning Netscape's cache

Our Library has 22 computers connected via LAN and we use Windows NT 4.0
as our operating system. We use Netscape as our browser to access the
INTERNET, and our staff have to spend a lot of time cleaning the cache
files on each computer everyday. I wonder if anybody out there has a more
effective way to do this task; such as having a program automatically
cleans the cache files everyday.
All suggestions are appreciated.
