Library Web Manager's Reference Center make-over

Jerry Kuntz of the Ramapo Catskill Library Sytem has taken over the
management of the Library Web Manager's Reference Center, the adjunct to
the Web4Lib discussion list that formerly lived at
http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/Web4Lib/faq.html. It is now available at:

http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/Web4Lib/RefCenter/

and it now also serves as the "Internet Librarianship" section of
LibraryLand, which formerly resided at 
http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/LibraryLand/llinter.htm. This allows us to
provide a larger set of resources from one location rather than splitting
and diluting our energies. Suggestions for changes or additions can be
sent to jkuntz at rcls.org or manager at webjunction.org. Those using the
outdated URLs are automatically redirected to the new location. Thanks,
