Multilingual Net Resources

I'm working on an article dealing with online multilingual resources.

I'll be including the Social Security Site (English & Spanish) the UN
(English, Spanish, Arabic & about five other languages) and FirstSearch
(English, Spanish, French).

Anyone have favorites that I should also mention?
