Another program that creates and manages virtual CD drives on a hard drive is
CD Copier Pro from IMSI http://www.imsisoft.com/cdcopierpro/

Pricing is reasonable -- $39.95 per machine.   Several libraries in my
consortium use CD Copier Pro successfully. Most CD's, including multimedia
titles, work well with it.
