[WEB4LIB] Resetting the Home Page

We ran into that problem and solved it by using regedt32 to set the HKEY
Local User|Software|Microsoft|Internet Explorer|Main key and all subkeys
to read-only. I'm writing this from home, so please excuse me if I've
misremembered the exact registry setting.
