Fix for Internet Explorer 5.01 NoRun bug

Last week Microsoft technical support sent me a fix for the conflict between
the NoRun security setting and Internet Explorer 5.01.  It appears to work on
our computers without causing any other problems.  (I'm still trying to get
some of the new security settings in 5.01 to work, but that's another story.)

I have loaded it on our site at <http://www.scpl.org/publicnt/> until such time
as Microsoft adds it to their Knowledge Base at <http://support.microsoft.com>.
