[WEB4LIB] Choosing Web Editors

	I usually do quick modifications in notepad or vi, but lately I've
started using Arachnophilia because it color codes tags, includes a
spell checker, and has a search & replace feature.  In addition, I can
customize keyboard macros and change which toolbars I want on screen
with the click of a button.  It also provides handy buttons when you
have multiple documents open and want to switch back and forth between
them.  Plus, it's "careware", so the price is right.  :)
