BBEdit (http://www.barebones.com/) is an excellent editor  for Macs.  You can hand code or use tags from pull down menus.  It does find & replace, color codes links, etc, and will ftp the finished page to your server.  It does not, however, do Windows.

On the PC side, I hand code using EditPlus.  It gives me all the options I
want and doesn't prevent me from doing stuff...

I'm not to thrilled with the equivalents on the Mac Side :(

Anyone out there use Wallaby?
