Internet Explorer 5.01 Restrictions

I have been alerted that the page on IE security settings I cited at the end of
January is no longer available on the Microsoft site.

One other thing I noted while I was updating my scripts - these settings are in
a slightly different area of the Registry than in IE 4.01 SP2, so if you've
been using those restrictions and have upgraded to 5.01, you'll need to make
some changes.
