I use that tool too, but.....

The definition of DMZ given there might make sense for what Tom is
talking about, but the definition of PIC doesn't.  And I've never
heard of PIC used in any way other than what is given on webopedia.

If anyone has sent an answer privately, I'd love to learn it.
