When writing a link inclusion policy for ``all the "library" reasons'',
you usually need look no further than your standard selection policies
that you use as a metric for books, videos, and other material within your
collection. Depending on the wording, you should be able to easily do one
of the following:

1) Modify the wording of the selection policy to encompass your link
inclusion process, essentially treating links to external Internet
resources as part of your collection.

2) Borrow wording from your selection policy and create a new policy for
link inclusion.

Good luck with your research, and please remember to summarize to the list
should you encounter some amazingly useful information on this subject
elsewhere. We'd love to see what you've found.
