Well as far as books go - my best friend has probably been Microsoft's
Official Frontpage 2000.
However, I must say when the going gets tough I turn to a program called
CuteHTML. Do all the coding in that and then import it into Frontpage (just
don't touch the file in FP). Ergo, I get to use a lot of FrontPage tools,
but FP doesn't tell me how to code.

FrontPage 2000 : the complete reference
