W3Launch and IE5.5 Problem

Has anyone implemented W3Launch with IE5.5 yet? We have encountered a
problem with it. When we select a w3launch link, we get the File
Download dialog box giving the options to 1) open the file from this
location, or 2) download the file. Below that is the line saying "Always
ask before opening this type of file." with a check, but the line and
the check is grayed out!!! We can't remove the check so that the w3l
files are automatically opened! 

Does anyone know how to get around this?
