Web Specialist

Trans-Management Systems Corp., a management services company based in
Washington, DC,  is seeking an innovative entry-level Web Specialist for an
information center focused on child development issues..

 Responsibilities include maintaining content and design of Web site, and
planning and implementation of collaboratively designed electronic services.

 Qualifications:  Bachelor's or equivalent; experience with HTML, CGI or
JAVA, and CSS.   Knowledge of Dreamweaver and Cold Fusion a plus. Must be
detail-oriented; and have the ability to work in a team environment. For
