Surveys

Awhile ago I submitted a survey asking what types of tools were being used
to provide real-time communication between reference desk and remote users.
I only got 4 responses. I know from poking around on the web and from going
to various conferences that a lot more than 4 libraries are offering such
services. I have been asked to write up my survey results for an article
for a library magazine. I can't do anything with such a low return rate.
How do I get more people to respond to my survey? I fill out almost every
survey sent out by other librarians and library school students. Any
suggestions?
