[WEB4LIB] Naming a library's web presence

I wonder how long it will be, if not already, that we just assume a library is digital? Isn't the digital part just an access tool? It's not a separate entity in my mind (a user) any more than the Reference Section, or the Copy Center. It's just part of the service I might get at The Hekman Library.
