PACS-L is the first list I subscribed to way back in 1989.  The discussions
there helped shape my career and served as an inspiration to me.  That list
was also where the idea of WEB4Lib originated in a discussion between Roy
Tennant, myself and others about needed a place focused on the then new
World Wide Web.
