Subject: [WEB4LIB] Training staff on computer
troubleshooting, pc use tips
Hi all:
Before I reinvent the wheel here, has anyone created any webpages or
online tutorials for library staff members that teach any of the following
1) basic computer maintenance 2) internet troubleshooting (what 404 means,
etc.) 3) hardware/software troubleshooting, 4) how to find tips for using
software programs?
Thanks for any help you can offer.
