Usability testing

We are currently in the process of educating staff regarding the concept of
usability testing. I would be very interested to hear from any library that has
done usability testing for their online systems. Specific interest would focus
on how you carried out your testing, do you have an ongoing process, how you
developed your staff skills, etc.
