MARC Editor

Folks -

Does anybody on this list use, or know where to find, a freeware or
shareware MARC record editor? I used to do a fair amount of MARC record
processing by exporting MicroLIF format records into a word processor,
making modifications (e.g., to the call numbers), and then importing the
updated records.

I say used to, because the circulation software we use now will only import
or export USMARC format records. Editing them the way I once did, in
MicroLIF format, is no longer possible.

Any help on this is appreciated,
