Installation Problems with IE5 and the IEAK

We are in the process of deploying IE5 for staff (approximately 155 PCs)
and are running into some installation problems. We have used the IEAK to
generate a custom build of IE5. All of our PCs are running Windows NT 4.0
with SP4 and IE4. They are all Gateway PCs with Pentium processors and at
least 32MB RAM. Most have 64MB RAM, and the newest ones have 128MB RAM.
For almost every PC, we must run the IE5 installation three times.
Typically, during the first installation we get one or both of the
following messages:
"An error occurred loading c:\winnt\system32\msaahtml.dll. The file may
not have been installed or it has been corrupted."
"An error occurred loading c:\winnt\system32\inetcpl.cpl. The file may
not have been installed or it has been corrupted."
After the PC reboots when you log in, there are no messages about IE5 and
if you run IE, version 4 loads.
After the second installation, when the PC reboots and you log in, a
message displays saying that the Virtual Machine is being installed. It
seems to complete, but if you try to run IE, version 4 loads.
After the third installation, when the PC reboots and you log in, messages
display saying that the other components of IE5 are being installed and
IE5 will load.
As far as we can tell, we do not run into these problems when we install
the full version of IE5 from the Microsoft site. We are currently planning
on deploying IE5 on our public access PCs (approximately 271 PCs), but we
are quite concerned about how stable IE5 is going to be and we are
starting to reconsider using Netscape 4.X for the public.
Has anyone else encountered or heard of these problems?
