Knowledge Specialist

Trans-Management Systems Corporation, a management services firm located in Washington, DC, has an immediate opening for a Knowledge Specialist. Responsibilities include: electronic reference services; DIALOG and Internet searching; evaluation and analysis of electronic data; monitoring electronic forum; and development and maintenance of knowledge-based systems for integration of information relating to child development issues. 

Qualifications are: an MLS; minimum two years library/information management experience; demonstrated Internet searching and computer skills; strong communications and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of/experience in early childhood development is a plus.
