Is your question in regard to an 'internet' or an 'intranet' page?
My intranet pages (128.206.46.229/index.htm) specifically state at the top
of the home page that the preferred resolution is either 1024x or 800x.
Of course, it helps that our standard staff monitor is a 17-incher, with a
gradual move to 19-inchers.  With Win98/NT it's pretty straightforward to
change monitor resolutions on the fly (not the best solution, to be sure).
