Quicktime tour of library - image question

I've set up a Quicktime VR rendering of
my library so that visitors to my
web page can view and zoom around the
physical layout of materials. However, for
those visitors who haven't and don't want
to install Apple's QuickTime Movie Player, a
grey/blank image appears on the page.
I therefore need a static image of the library
to appear instead of the blank one for those
people.
Can anyone suggest how to do this?
Below is HTML in case for context.
Thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks.
