e-commerce in libraries

Hi everyone,

I've been asked to write a report on the use of e-commerce in libraries,
and am not having much luck in finding information on this topic. Does
anyone have any ideas, experiences, thoughts, links, pointers, stories,
anecdotes etc., they could share? I'd be happy to summarise for the list ...
