new Northeast Wisconsin Librarians' Field Guide to the Web, is here to
help! 

Cooler by the Lake is a collaborative effort of public librarians in
Northeast Wisconsin to make good Internet resources on a wide variety of
topics available to everyone. You will find it at http://www.cbtl.org.
CBTL also attempts to collect the best Wisconsin web sites in order to
highlight what's happening close to home.
