[WEB4LIB] Automatic login of workstations

Hi

You need to track down something called tweakui which comes as 
part of "powertoys" which is a set of free utilities for win95. It 
should be somewhere on the microsoft site. Once installed tweakui 
creates a control panel. One option in the network tab of this 
control panel is to automatically log in the workstation.
