This may not be possible where screen real estate is at a premium and you
have more than half a dozen links--either the page looks too cluttered (and
hence confusing) with all those explanations or you have a main page where
the user has to scroll (yuck).

As in most things, there's no easy answer though I don't think rollovers
will go the way of "blink".
