That darned Filtering Stuff Again!!

Hello Web4libbers!
I will deploy 40 public access computers in the next two weeks. The current
dilemma is what filtering software to use. The computers will have access to the
Internet, and the operating system is Windows NT Workstation 4.0. It's harder than
you might imagine finding filtering software that runs (and "runs well") under
Windows NT.
Does anybody know of a website that lists all of the filtering software? Has
anybody had any experience with Windows NT Workstation and filtering software
issues? The answer to these questions would be greatly appreciated.
