Someone posted the possibility to channel certain IP-addresses (like 
www.hotmail.com) to IP-numbers which would direct the users to another page. 
This was done by using the file 'hosts' from windows95.
For windows95 (temporary till the techies have found the ultimate solution 
...) it seems to work for us. Is the same possible in such an easy way for 
windows 3.11?
