At least the Public Libary won't charge them for an answer, and they won't 
have to wait for bidders, etc.  Plus, can go back to get clarification, 
further information; can talk to the same person if desired.  Faster, 
cheaper to use the Public Library.

But yes, what strange creatures are evolving on the net...
