I think it depends on who is contributing the content to the site and how
much the person knows about web design. I have an MLS but I didn't learn
what I know in grad school. I learned it on the job.

I get content from other professional staff and I provide some myself -- so
it's a mix.

I handle other aspects of reference work such as library instruction and
reference desk duties. I also do computer troubleshooting both in the
library and around campus.
