Multnomah County Library in Portland, Oregon does this several ways. You
can get the full picture by going to our Electronic Resources site at
www.multnomah.lib.or.us/lib/ref/

We have a list of all databases, including those that are not accessible
remotely, called the A to Z list.... We also link to a list of remotely
accessible databases from each subject collection. Finally, we feature
all databases covering the subject at the top of each subject collection.
We maintain a datbase that displays the links in the appropriate format
using ip recognition. Our next goal will be to create a database that
dynamically delivers our pages on request, but that's next year!
