Thanks for your help.
Our statistics software has captured AOL 3.x through 5.x.
I talked with the vendor of the program itself and they said look at my log
files (as did Darryl Friesen), it's all in there in ASCII text.
Unfortunately, my ISP (for security reasons?!) doesn't allow me access to my log
files. The vendor suggested I ask the vendor to e-mail the log files to me, if
they can't give me access to them. The statistics program vendor also followed
up and said, 'e-mail the log files to us and we can configure the code at the
machine level (it runs faster) to capture those browsers not currently included'
- in other words they want to help.
I love the Internet. Immediate access to the source, problem resolved.
Thanks also to Darryl Friesen, he's right "The Truth Is Out There".
