Database vendor comparative reviews

The ILCSO Electronic Resources Committee (ERC) is in the process of
reviewing vendor proposals submitted in response to our RFP for the Illinois
Digital Academic Library (IDAL).

The ERC has directed me to try to locate some relatively recent comparative
reviews of full text journal article database vendors. The ERC is especially
interested in comparative reviews done by academic library consortia, but we
are interested in recent reviews by any libraries or organizations. We are
interested in all sorts of comparisons, e.g., comparisons of user
interfaces, analyses of database title lists, etc., etc.

If you know of any recent such studies, please let me know.
