Interlibrary Loan Systems

Greetings, all:

I posed the following question(s) to the Systems Librarianship list
<SYSLIB-L at LISTSERV.ACSU.BUFFALO.EDU> a while back. Replies were
thin.

What are you using for an Interlibrary Loan system?
Is it a purchased product or home-grown?
Web-based with a relational database?
Authentication of patrons?
What's your 'recipe' for your system: the code used, the
brand of relational database, the brand of web server
software...any 'custom coding' such as TCL or PERL?
What is the robustness of your system's functionality--
that is to say...what features did you incorporate?

Many hearthy thanks in advance.
Mr. H
