FWIW, we had a problem with IE3 (NT4/SP3) and Adobe Acrobat 3.01.  It would
print fine the first time, then crash IE on a second print request.  In fact,
IE wasn't very stable after you printed a PDF file even if you didn't try to
print again.

Never did figure out why, but the combination of IE4 and Acrobat 3.02 (with the
ocxinst control from at the Adobe site) works perfectly now.  I have tested it
with some fairly large files (e.g., tax instruction booklets) to try to force
any problems to appear.
