Brainstorming time! - Multiple monitors

Please pardon duplication.

One of the under-reported features of Windows 98 is the capability of using
2 or more video cards, each with a monitor. This can result in a larger
virtual desktop; windows can be dragged between monitors. Also, programs
written specifically for this feature can intentionally position themselves
and their sub-windows anywhere. Now the question:

How could multiple monitors on one PC be used in a library environment?
