savvysearch does not invite email reference but we get
<understatement>quite a few </understatement> unsolicited questions via
the feedback loop and even answer some of them. (with luck there'll be an
amusing essay about it in exploit interactive next month)

don't know how closely these e-questions map to the in-library experience
of helping customers do web searches. we get about 1/3 interface
questions, 1/3 doosies and 1/3 lost-in-hyperspace questions. let me know
if you want a few.
